Foundation Program – KG-1st Std.

The Essential Building Blocks of Movement

  • Basic Movement Skills: Emphasizes fundamental actions such as running, jumping, catching, throwing, and maintaining balance.
  • Core Elements: Enhances body awareness, teamwork, cooperative play, and listening skills.
  • Classroom Integration: Can be easily incorporated into classroom routines and repeated multiple times per week.
  • Comprehensive Focus: Addresses both gross and fine motor skills, providing a holistic approach to movement education.
  • Music Integration: Activities are designed to be paired with music to make learning engaging and enjoyable.

The Initiation Program 2nd - 3rd Std.

The Initiation Program advances students from basic movement to sport-specific skills in a competitive outdoor setting. It bridges the gap between foundational skills and full sport participation, focusing on:

  • Complex Movement Skills: Combines basic movements like running with actions such as jumping, kicking, and hitting.
  • Controlled Competition: Offers a structured, supportive environment for applying skills in competition.
  • Body Mastery: Emphasizes body control before introducing equipment like balls, bats, and racquets.
  • Sport-Specific Training: Prepares students for sports like cricket, football, tennis, and athletics by breaking down essential components.

4th Std - 5th Std.

The curriculum for 9-11-year-olds emphasizes skill acquisition, sports etiquette, and hygiene. Video lessons demonstrate skills, while rules and hygiene topics are covered in theory and homework.
